Christa Tober, M.S., OTR

Christa is a 1995 graduate of the OT Program at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She has worked in a variety of settings and across the life span from peds to geriatrics. Christa had the privilege of working as the editorial assistant for the American Journal of Occupational Therapy (AJOT) during Dr. Betty Hasselkus' term as editor. She also worked as the coordinating editor for the Journal of Applied Physiology. These experiences fostered Christa's commitment to evidence-based practice which she strives to facilitate as the Managing Editor for OccupationalTherapy.com.

Fawn has been an occupational therapist for almost 20 years and holds a master’s degree from Rush University in Chicago and a B.A. degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH. After working in a Level I trauma center in a variety of treatment areas, Fawn became a wheelchair seating specialist. In 2005, she received her Assistive Technology Practitioner certification.

Michael Berthelette, MSM, OT/L

Michael has successfully integrated over 28 years of administrative and clinical experiences in the fields of school based practice/pediatrics and early intervention services. As a co-founder of Progressus Therapy, he helped establish the company as a leading special education provider for speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physical therapy services. He is a member of The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors Region II of the American Occupational Therapy Political Action Committee (AOTPAC) and as a collaborator on the Response to Intervention Work group. Michael speaks at healthcare conferences, has been a panelist at numerous Staffing Industry Analysts Healthcare Summits and was a consultant and co-author of California School Based and Early Intervention Guidelines for Occupational and Physical Therapy. He has sat on numerous taskforces for occupational and physical therapy, most recently for the Hillsborough County Public Schools, FL.

Leigha is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Master of Arts degree in Audiology and is currently pursuing an Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University with a concentration in instructional technology and distance education.

While at Arizona State University, Ronaldo worked for a program that utilized National Science Foundation funds to provide minority students with financial assistance within the STEM disciplines. He got hooked on helping others and today he oversees the Customer Service Department ensuring that OTs have the tools they need to earn CEUs and better serve their patients.

Her research focuses on integrating simulation technology into the field of speech-language pathology by providing clients and professionals with cutting edge media applications.

Paul Dybala, Ph.D.

Chief Web Officer - Allied Health Media

Paul earned a PhD in Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas - Callier Center, were he also worked as a clinical audiologist fitting children and adults with hearing aids for almost 10 years. Considered one of the profession’s internet pioneers, Paul established some of the seminal websites for audiologists. He has written and presented extensively on the topic of hearing care and the internet.
