Course Abstract

You are not a Human Resources Professional and have not had training on how to effectively hire employees, but at the same time hiring staff has been added to your plate. In this session, we will provide you with techniques and tools to excel in hiring staff, even though it’s not your job.

After this course, participants will be able to describe the legal requirements involved with hiring employees.
After this course, participants will be able to list strategies for attracting top talent to an organization.
