- After this course, participants will be able to recognize common causes of medical errors, root cause analysis, and the safety needs of special populations.
- After this course, participants will be able to list the most common medical errors and strategies to prevent them, the elements of effective communication and documentation, and Florida’s statutory requirements for addressing medical errors.
