This course is based on the work of Patrick Lencioni’s international best-seller, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team," and The Five Behaviors™ model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results to drive team effectiveness and productivity. This course will be applicable to building teams in occupational therapy. Please complete the DiSC Assessment Tool prior to attending the class (In the handouts).
