Jeanine Beasley, EdD, OTR, CHT, FAOTA is an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist, and professor at Grand Valley State University’s Occupational Science and Therapy Department. She also works as a Hand Therapist at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Jeanine is a frequent guest lecturer and has spoken in 16 states and 8 countries. She has authored and co-authored several book chapters and journal articles on hand therapy.
Virginia O'Brien, OTD, OTR/L, CHT
Virginia O'Brien, OTD, OTR/L, CHT, is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist. She works full time as a clinician and as the Hand Therapy Fellowship Coordinator at the University of Minnesota Health-Hand Center. She is actively involved in clinical and biomechanical research of the thumb and the wrist. She is a published author in the Journal of Hand Therapy and Hand. She has been a contributing editor for the Year Book of Hand and Upper Limb Surgery since 2012. Since 2005, she has lectured on a variety of hand-related topics nationally and internationally.
