Far too much time spent discussing nutrition. We are all adults who understand that a varied and balanced diet is healthier than a restrictive diet. More time should have been spent discussing actual feeding interventions.

The instructor's knowledge base supported her ability to share information in a relatable and applicable way. I have already been using many of the interventions that were recommended, which will help in my level of confidence with treating feeding difficulties within the ASD population. There were additional recommendations that I am excited to employ and I feel that I have a much better understanding of dysbiosis.

The reason I gave this CEU a poor score is due to the fact that this CEU felt extremely biased and was attempting to say that a child's diet and supplementation would essentially "cure" their Autistic tendencies. The instructor even included statements such as "lack of published evidence on the efficacy/safety in ASD" and "studies limited by small sample size, short durations, survey style, etc." I think the information presented was very misleading.
