This concept is ideal but what healthcare company allows this? I have worked in SNF and now HH/ALF care and this is not tolerated. I have done it with some cases and get called out. I do appreciate the brief acknowledgement of this and will continue to advocate and do my best to incorporate these principles. Laura Gitlin was my mentor at Thomas Jefferson University while I was obtaining my Master's degree. Her research and work is phenomenal and practical in its application.
