I am sure she is a solid hand therapist but we need to be focused on results (ROM, strength, function). Insurance companies might reimburse us better if we can show that are interventions work. I can't get a patient better with information a hand surgeon, not hand therapist, needs to know.

I struggled with the content, not based on anything presented by the instructor, but because it was a a challenging topic and I didn't have any hands on materials to help understand. Stephanie is very bright and knowledgeable on the subject, but I have had limited interaction with this type of injury and would not feel confident in providing treatment because I would need more review before having a better understanding of the material.
