I took this course because it reminds me of a saying about financial planning and how to prepare for the following: go-go years, your slow-go years and your no-go years. This linked with successful aging is a great way to adapt your thinking through all phases of life.

He presented the material in an easy to understand manner. Images of clouds with arrows and relationships to the whole help to transfer Successful aging. Q &A Is a great feature especially as he read out answers which quickly highlighted client-centered goals for OT therapy. Glad he mentioned A. Duckworth’s assessment for Grit.

It was very enjoyable i have been in the field for over 35 years as a COTA and myself looking in the mirror and what do i see in myself.... Its been very helpful with my elders i have understood their challenges in life.. and of course my own family who has moved on to higher ground they were a very big part of my life in learning.. This was a very delightful subject i have learned through out my years of experience.. and taking it slowly and enjoying it ... love it Cathy
