This course provides a practical, evidence-informed overview of therapeutic taping, including traditional rigid (inelastic) methods (e.g., McConnell-style techniques) and elastic kinesiology taping for common clinical goals such as unloading (deloading), facilitation, and inhibition to support participation in daily activities. Participants will review the current research base with a focused emphasis on cervical spine and upper extremity applications, including conditions such as lateral epicondylitis, upper crossed syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, rib fractures, and myofascial trigger points.
