Michelle Lange, OTR, ABDA, ATP/SMS, is an occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience and has been in private practice at Access to Independence for over 15 years. She is a well-respected lecturer nationally and internationally.

The author of numerous texts, chapters, and articles, Lange is co-editor of Seating and Wheeled Mobility: A Clinical Resource Guide and editor of Fundamentals in Assistive Technology- An Introduction to Assistive Technology Implementation in the Lives of People with Disabilities, 4th ed. She is also: the NRRTS continuing education curriculum coordinator and the clinical editor of Directions, the official NRRTS magazine; a RESNA Fellow; a member of the Clinician Task Force; and a Senior Disability Analyst of the ABDA.
