Agenda

0-20 Minutes Module 1: Epidemiology of Childhood obesity, prevalence, impact on occupations, and future health implications.
20-40 Minutes Module 2: Healthful eating habits, understanding nutrition, routines at home, addressing barriers and assessment of food related issues.
40-45 Minutes Module 3: Exercise and wellness. Establishing movement and how to apply in daily routines, finding which movements is best for each client.
45-50 Minutes Module 4: Parent coaching , why parent involvement is essential and over coming barriers in this area.
50-60 Minutes Module 5 : Quiz, Q and A, and wrap up
