This course is a good introduction to using crumbs as an intervention in feeding therapy. A more advanced version of applying crumbs to each food group for balanced meals with be helpful. A basic crumbs continuum was modeled, but it would be helpful to see separate continuum charts for specific proteins, fruits, vegetables, etc.
