I liked that she provided videos to show the specific kinds of exercises she used with her patients as well as provided other great examples of different treatments. She was very informative and even described the movements you would typically see with a patient that is doing the exercises inefficiently and how to correct it.

There is quite a distinction between osteoarthritis and RA, however, it is not clearly differentiated during the presentation. There are some modalities, modifications, compensatory strategies that are not necessarily universal for treatment depending on whether you have OA or RA. IT seemed everything was lumped under the umbrella term of "arthritis" versus being more specific OA or RA.
