This was a nice change of course to go over a test-based course. It was a nice refresher for me, given my past experience working in a clinic and carrying a high caseload. Due to that centre being aware of the high stress load that came with the field, they gave mandatory courses that went over stress management. Similar points were mentioned in this course, which served as friendly reminders.

I appreciate the explanations about how to differentiate between daily stress, and what leads to burnout. Good reminders on what I need to focus on doing in order to feel I can still be therapeutic in a stressful setting.
