This was also useful for when dealing with difficult coworkers! The strategies are spot-on and ones that have worked well for me in the past or I have seen confident ppl use with good results in the past. A bit emotionally difficult to read through though, since it brought up memories of the most frustrating, difficult aspect of sessions in the past (99.9% are positive sessions so thinking about that .1 percent examples all at once is enough to make my blood pressure go up a bit :)
