The information shared in this course will be extremely valuable to my practice. The instructor is clearly very skilled and experienced with assessment + intervention focused on interoception, and the case study examples at the end were great to tie all of the pieces of the presentation together. However, it took me about twice as long to complete the video portion due to the extensive verbal information/instruction that was not included on the slides (d/t need to stop and take notes often)

Jerry did an excellent job presenting this course in a clear and well-structured way, making it easy to follow. I especially appreciated how she defined and explained key terms before using them - for example, alexithymia. The method of intervention of teaching interoception was explained so well with the chart along with the case studies that demonstrated teaching this concept in real-life settings, were also excellent.

I felt it focused too much on emotional/behavioral regulation, when I personally was looking for new information regarding interventions to improve interception in terms of ADLs (feeding, toileting, dressing, etc.) which I feel were overlooked somewhat. I also felt the interventions presented and OT process were very specific to specific populations, that are not often seen in my setting.
