Multiple strategies were offered to improve collaboration, and we could take just what applies to our setting. I plan to start with on strategy, arriving early or staying late (depending on my school start time as I have 9 schools), to help build trust and time with classroom teachers. I will check in with them in the morning or afternoon before/after they need to be managing students.

Instructor was experienced and knowledgeable about the subject. It would have been better if the presenter you look directly into the camera as if she was speaking to the audience. You could only see her head and she was looking up most of the time. Her sound system was not comfortable either.
