Very good content and important for knowing the other side of documentation including what reviewers are looking for when they complete reviews. Speaker is very knowledgeable but sometimes speaks too quickly. Additional case studies from OT would be helpful as well as speech therapy examples (cases were heavy on PT discipline).

This instructor/evaluator hit the nail on the the head when describing what is truly occurring with documentation. I am an assistant in the school system and I see egregious behavior occur consistently in this arena. Some therapist rarely see the students and leave the assistants to do the majority of the treatments. I hope with these new rules will stop this behavior.

This speaker addresses the very real issue with EMR; that therapists rely too heavily on it and become check box happy and do not capture what they have performed and done in the clinic because the language is too vague/generalized and carried over from patient to patient.
