This course is great, especially for educators to assist parents in identifying concerns that they could assist with changing at home. Sometimes parents have said that they don't know where to begin and I think screen time and ideas to apply real world life skills would be a great contender.

Loved the course and how the speaker incorporated the latest findings ( post covid) and the effects of screen time on brain development. I liked how the speaker compared too much screen time to giving a child too much junk food. Thanks great to be up on the latest research on the topic since all kids have screens these days. So true that handing kids a phone when upset is not teaching them coping skills. This would make a great class for parents.

This presentation confirmed some concerns that I see in youngsters who spend too much screen time and I appreciated the scientific explanation for what occurs. I will encourage usage of tactics for reducing the amount of screen time and resetting our brains with activity, following screen time.
