The pace of these videos is very slow for someone who processes information quickly and learns best through listening. I had to create my own accommodations to retain enough to complete the testing. Faster playback options for auditory learners would be helpful. I completed the test, but the slow pace made long-term retention difficult.

Great information and so helpful in the school setting. It's easy to become biased overtime with abelism and just expectations for all the wonderful things we know these kids can accomplish. It's important to remind ourselves that complex things are going on in these kid's bodies and it's not under their control.

For me, it was listing or bullet points of what ODD is verses the strong willed child was helpful in delineating the difference between the two. I also appreciated the approaches to diffusing a child with ODD in a more compassionate way to avoid labeling the child as difficult, intentional in their reactions and as being disruptive on purpose, in a classroom setting.
