Differential dx discussions are rare in courses. BTW, I am pretty sure that a heart attack (myocardial infarction) is associated with left shoulder pain not right. See the post course test.

An excellent presentation and instructor. The instructor provided excellent tips of body regions related to the shoulder pain. I really enjoyed learning about illnesses related to the diagnostic map of organs related to shoulder pain. Also, I enjoyed the Occupational Therapy components of this instructors presentation.

I am very interested in gaining knowledge in the areas of dx/tx of pain issues in the neck and shoulder region and this course was excellent in providing education on this topic. I have treated many patients with pain issues and also have a history of migraines, tension headaches, cervical pain with herniated discs, GI issues, and also experienced R shoulder pain during and post covid dx, and therefore I was very interested in gaining more knowledge in this area. Thank you for this course!

Dr. Rina Pandya is so knowledgeable and has really challenged our problem solving skills to look at so many issues involving both systemic and musculoskeletal systems. Our bodies are so complex and we really need to look at the complete picture with the medical histories and to question what else may be going on in our patients' bodies that is causing pain and dysfunction. Thank you so much for all of this information; so much to always be thinking about!

The presenter continues to be a wealth of information. Her interactive style gives you a moment to think upon what she's presenting and apply it to problem solving. As a learner, you can see how a lot of the symptoms are connected and can help you determine the "what else?" aspect of discerning what could be happening with your client.
