This webinar will equip participants with a better understanding of self-regulation including the main factors contributing to self-regulation and neurobiological underpinnings of stressed behavior that need to be considered when problem-solving around challenging and/or interfering behaviors. Participants will also learn how to best support autistic and other school-aged neurodivergent children and youth in their self-regulation journey through the presenter’s evidence-based BEST (Body, Emotional, Sensory and Thinking) Strategies Framework.
