The language and the way the material were organized, made it easy to follow. I am an experienced OT with much experience in working with mentally affected patients. In question 2 you asking how much this course helped to increase my confidence working with mentally ill individual. How do I answer this, when I already have the confidence. This question should be refrased. I also strongly believe that breaking the stigma associated with mental health, could start in medical and OT schools.

Mental health is really a serious topic that others may neglect but affects many of the new generation nowadays . Just imagine 1 out of 5 individuals suffers mental health , so this topic really makes us aware of how we need to help in coping stress.
