This is good at an introductory level. The list of specific assessments is helpful, I'm a little surprised a couple of standard PTassessments (that anyone can conduct) aren't mentioned (ie TUG timed up and go as a predictor of falls). Much more could be detailed on reducing patients anxiety, increasing confidence and environment modification---but this is a brief introductory course, so the content is good, informative.
