This presentation is beneficial to learn about the models and how to implement them in the school and at home. It helps us to learn better ways to work with team members and increase our skills to provide effective interventions.

I really love the resources that Dr. Warwick provided and life examples. Over the past few years I have had more referral due to increase in behaviors. This past year I'm working with students with toughest behaviors I have ever encountered. I have always really pushed for relationship building prior to placing expectations. I'm really looking forward to trying some of these strategies.

It was a great review of different strategies and I enjoyed how she framed some of the thoughts such as talking about examples of adult co-regulation and that one strategy may not work in a particular situation because we have the wrong why, not because it's a faulty strategy or it won't work in a different situation.

I loved hearing about building relationships with kids to help with behavior. I also loved learning about Compassion Fatigue. I problem solved with A co-worker about challenge we had just after doing the CEU. We able to implement that day. Felt good to take something just learned and then apply it. While I had heard of a lot of these techniques before, the presenter was able to make the topic easy to use. After 20 years, hard to find a good course. One of the best I have ever seen!

I loved this presenter. You can really feel her passion for connection when helping kids with behavior challenges. I use these techniques in my practice and in my parenting and it really felt good to have some more vocabulary to use when speaking with other professionals and parents about this topic as well as knowing that I'm on the right track. In the school setting, the behavior management model is what is used most frequently and this technique takes time to educate others on.
