This course really helped me clarify all the aspects of executive function and the role of executive funtioning in the school based setting. It ws also very educational on brain development , especilly the frontal lobe and ADHD. Included is a great handout on executive skills that effect classroom independence and a lot of theory from Dr. Russel Barkley, great class!

Course instructor was witty and kept information interesting enough to keep me focused through out the course. Liked how she based executive functioning learning as a means to improve a child's attention and problem solving in order to cope and function through out their daily life. I know now many of my pediatric clients would benefit from interventions addressing EF skills.
