I think overall this course was good. I do wish there were more video examples of certain conditions/ movements, as a picture with a description is not always sufficient, especially if you have difficulty with visualizing movements. I really appreciated the tie in to what OT's can do at the end at the end of the lecture.

There was a good combination of explanation and visuals. I actually really liked his demonstration of positioning of the humerus in the glenoid cavity with his fist showing the difference between alignments. It was all very well explained. As an oldster myself, I think I need to review it a few times to refresh and consolidate the muscle actions and synergies in my memory.
