The high point was the final 2 minutes as the host asked a final question. In response the instructor talked about her interest in real estate - and her enthusiasm was clear, and almost contagious. during the presentation she seemed to be almost reading from a paper in front of her --- and her lack of attention to those who don't have the means for high end renovations was . . . caused me to squirm as I listened

The webinar covered the topic at a surface level, though the presentation style was a noticeable distraction. Frequent filler words and an inconsistent pace made it difficult to stay engaged at times. The personal anecdotes, while intended to add context, were hard to relate to from a professional standpoint and at times pulled focus from the core material rather than supporting it.

The instructor put more emphasis on new construction and renovation of homes which in my experience is not practical for the majority of the population I see in rural areas. My idea of aging in place is offering affordable and minimally invasive options or ideas that promote function and independence. The items I thought could be beneficial were stair related adaptations. I would have appreciated pictures or videos. Ultimately, I felt this course was a waste of time.
