Dr. Provident seems to exude calm-ness and confidence. I was able to listen intently to her speaking and never once wished I could "speed up the presentation." I think this has been the most effective CEU course I have ever chosen. Handouts were on point, and I followed the transcript as well; gleaning many golden nuggets of help that my ADHD brain can refer to when I'm searching for how to implement mindfulness with my individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The body scan was helpful and learning ways to become more fully present while working or doing a task. It all sounds so simple but it's not at all. Being a COTA for many years, and becoming a caretaker for family members, mindfulness practices are much needed to help me to cope and maintain presence while working with my clients. Discussion on emotional intellegence was very helpful.
