Teacher was very smart, and enthusiastic. It could have been boring, but she made it exciting. Lots of videos and she took us through an excellent exercise of how to stretch better. It was well organized and thorough. Her voice is not monotone, rather it is sparkly, the opposite of dull.

This instructor does an excellent job of optimizing my learning by effectively organizing the content and presenting it in a clear, concise, most relevant and practical application. I also get a kick out of hearing her use similar phrases that I often catch myself saying during my treatment sessions (e.g. "get the most bang for your buck"). It was interesting to hear her perspective on furniture surfing vs use of mobility device as well. I feel like the instructor and myself would

Practical applications reviewed with course. Looking forward to practicing these on myself with modifications as I received diagnosis of severe osteoporosis of my spine after a fall on ice at age 53. I had e initial fractures and y more subsequent ones overall. I have had a long road to recovery but am 100% a believer in WB, resistance training, stretching as it has been key in recovery with many modifications to start. You are amazing in your teaching approach!!! Amazing class!!!
