I really like the practical strategies, including the straightforward approach to assessing not just pain but enjoyment of life and daily activities. Taking this more hollistic approach seems like a way to focus on improved outcomes and more importantly quality of life.

I thought that the presenter was excellent, however the course neglected to include any discussion of nociplastic pain. Nociplastic pain affects approximately 5-15% of the general population. Individuals who experience nociplastic pain are often stigmatized and denied access to proper care, and many providers don't have an accurate understanding of this type of pain. Including nociplastic pain in our discussions of pain management is vitally important.

Instructor and material were very thorough, professional, well prepared and easy to follow and understand. I did not know abts.out mu receptors prior to this, although I've been an OT since '88 and one of my first jobs was a RTW/Back and Pain mgmt. program, for which I've had a keen interest throughout my career, aws pain is pretty much a constant in treating clients. Thank you.

The presenter was enthusiastic about the subject matter. She was very knowledgeable and appears to be well versed and experienced in this area. She provided the current terms associated with this condition and offered multiple alternatives and options. Interjecting the case study in between each area of discussion was helpful in gaining understanding of the topic.
