I am only disappointed because I was under the impression that "for self-care" was regarding physical self care tasks. My brain did not think twice that it could be referring to emotional/psychological self-care. Maybe "emotional well-being" or something similar would be a bit more clear. I was hoping to bridge breathing, movement and mindfulness with self-care versus using it as a preparatory activity. The topic was interesting nonetheless.

This class is a wonderful intro to the practice of Qigong. Qigong is so good for ones health and emotional state it is truely meditation to movement. My helath has improve tremedously with the daily practice of Qigong and it is such a great tool to use with clients. The class includes Amy Starkey's Qi in 3 Model which is easy to follow as well as some Qigong pressure points. I highly reccomend this class for those who work in mental health it is a great mindful practice.
