This was an excellent course. She did a great job starting with a review of sensory processing and then paired that background information with practical ways to apply this information within treatment sessions. I found her suggestions for how to use clinical observations within therapy sessions very informative and helpful.

Lyn was a very good presenter with slides that contain the key points written to be easy to understand & remember and her oral presentation added depth to the written content on the slides. She also interleaved examples and videos well to illustrate her points. She also used & introduced useful acronyms well. She used DIR to provide an overview and revisited it at the end applying each of the concepts to the videos and points she was teaching. Very well organized and logical progression.

I loved the live videos and practical applications for actual treatments that have been done. As a sensory therapist who uses these tools all the time, I'll be recommending this course to the other OTs I work with and I'll probably even recommend it to the SLPs we work with as they have been asking for more sensory tools as well. This was so approachable and well paced thank you!
