Dr. Aditi Mehra graduated with a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy, from Western Michigan University in 1998 and received a Doctorate in Health Sciences from Midwestern University in 2016. She has practiced as a pediatric OT for the past 22 years in various settings including early intervention, hand therapy, inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation, school settings, and the NICU. During her doctoral studies, Dr. Mehra pursued a certification in behavioral psychology and Precision Teaching. She is currently the Director of Fit Learning Labs in the Chicagoland area and continues to practice OT in the school setting. Her passion is rooted in introducing data collection to OTs using a simple charting system to showcase the efficacy of OT interventions and promote evidence-based practice. She has created an online course dedicated to teach therapists how to take simple data and is currently writing a book on data collection in OT. Dr. Mehra is also an adjunct faculty member at Elmhurst University in Illinois, where she teaches classes on pediatric interventions in OT.
Jonathan Amey M.Ed. is the founding director of Agile Instruction and Management Solutions (A.I.M.S) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Combining his sports medicine and special education background with Precision Teaching, Jonathan focuses on building gross motor, cognitive, and social repertoires in students across a broad spectrum of abilities. Over the last 19 years utilizing precision measurement, Jonathan has created school-based wellness groups, conference workshops and presentations, and clinical training for teachers, clinicians, and parents. Jonathan currently consults with clinics, schools, and families in both the United States and abroad.
