It was very informative, the reason I rated it 4/5 rather than 5/5 is that I found that the last 20/ 25 minutes, the slides were extremely rushed through. If I looked down to highlight something, when I looked up back up at the video, we were 2 slides ahead.

She didn't just read the slides in front of her. She went in depth of the knowledge presented and included insight of how this can impact our clients. She also explained the slide material and contributed to my ability to use deductive and inductive reasoning. She also had a great presenter personality; not monetaristic at all. More presenters would learn well from her approach.
