This may be the best continuing education course I have ever taken. The teacher was amazing at explaining everything so clearly. I have learned so much. Prior to this course, I felt hesitant about working with clients that had this diagnosis, but now I am motivated to put this knowledge to good use.

It was very informative, the reason I rated it 4/5 rather than 5/5 is that I found that the last 20/ 25 minutes, the slides were extremely rushed through. If I looked down to highlight something, when I looked up back up at the video, we were 2 slides ahead.

I was going to watch this immediately after watching Patty's other presentation on CP a couple of days ago (in the evening) and realized that the information she has to offer and the flow of her presentation was such that it was better for me to wait until Sunday afternoon, when I could relax and absorb every word. I learned SO MUCH from this! Thank you, Patty!

She didn't just read the slides in front of her. She went in depth of the knowledge presented and included insight of how this can impact our clients. She also explained the slide material and contributed to my ability to use deductive and inductive reasoning. She also had a great presenter personality; not monetaristic at all. More presenters would learn well from her approach.

This course provided a clear, concise overview of cerebral palsy and improved my confidence in understanding the condition. I appreciated the focus on evidence-based practices, which I can apply even though I rarely work with this population for now. It was a helpful refresher and has motivated me to stay current on pediatric therapy strategies. Highly recommended for therapists wanting to expand their knowledge.

The instructor gave useful information on how to wade through the literature on CP interventions and choose the most evidence-based interventions. I thought her approach of focusing on function and truly enabling the child to participate in activities that are important to them, rather than using the same exercises/home programs/interventions with all clients was refreshing. There was a lot of specific information about interventions that will be useful in practice.
