This presentation was very well organized and informative. I particularly enjoyed learning the difference between teaching normal pacing and pacing for the patient with ME/CFS. I also felt the education regarding sleep hygiene, sensory modulation, and nervous system regulation will be very helpful for me as a OTP.

The instructor was excellent; very knowledgeable, interesting, experienced, and pleasant. It will be very helpful, and she imparted a lot of great information in a short time. I did have some difficulty at times understanding her diction at the end of some sentences, but most of the time I could understand her, and I did have the volume up high.

I personally had/have symptoms and concerns of long Covid. In the state where I live, Covid diagnoses were late to the calendar. When I had Covid, it was undiagnosed by my primary physician. I now have a new providers, but unfortunately my long Covid is medically unrecognized because I am the only person reporting it. I am a skilled heath care provider and I suffer ongoing fatigue, pain and frustration due to no tangible diagnosis. I know what my patients suffer from.
