Knowledgeable presenter. It would have been better with a video of the presenter vs. audio only. It was difficult for me to maintain my attention at times.

This doesn't relate to my work (I work with elderly) but my 6 year old has always had constipation issues. All medical staff (pediatrican/ Multiple GI's) say that there is NOTHING wrong besides "A lazy colon." She often has Encopresis (however NO MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL has diagnosed her). But It made 100% sense about limiting fluids/ sweets at night. I have struggled with her bowels for 4 years (which her holding it has resulted in this). We just encourage her to sit after each meal & support her
