The most common elimination disorders in children are bedwetting and dysfunctional elimination syndromes. This course will focus on the treatment of children with day or nighttime urinary and/or fecal incontinence and constipation.
- After this course, participants will be able to describe who is an appropriate candidate for behavioral and biofeedback intervention related to elimination disorders.
- After this course, participants will be able to list at least three diagnoses that are appropriate to refer to a clinician trained in this treatment technique.
- After this course, participants will be able to explain what biofeedback is and how it is used in elimination disorders.
- After this course, participants will be able to describe at least three treatment strategies for bedwetting.
