Participants will learn about the main stressors & mental health concerns affecting teens today. They will learn how to apply evidence-informed mind & body wellness practices ('tools') such as Qigong, Yoga, Breathwork, EFT tapping, mindfulness and meditation strategies for assisting teen clients in decreasing stress and anxiety, improving mental performance and building resilience for improved overall health and wellness. This course was designed for an interprofessional audience.
