It details in which was OTPs are suited for employment in higher education disability offices. This is an emerging practice area, so it can be difficult to find information about OTPs in these roles.

This podcast was so needed now more than ever due to the shifts of learning online during the pandemic. I especially loved the section about the AOTA Talk about intersecting marginalized identities and universal design. I didn't know that autistic people are 5 times more likely to also be gender diverse. OT appealed to me because of it's holistic approach to intervention and I love that there are different avenues for careers in the field especially in higher education. Megan W. inspires.

I think more opportunities should be available for students to see occupational therapists at work in non-traditional settings. I'm very aware of OT and activities of daily living in my work as a tax accountant. Ann OT I know spent a year in uniform for City Year after her own kids refused to sign up. She was a model participaWe ought to poll people who graduated long ago to see what they are up to in life. They are most likely in an non-traditional setting, hard at work or volunteering.
