This course was very informative and introduced many standardized assessments that can be utilized for sleep deficits and sleep hygiene treatment. The course provided good information on sleep interventions that can be used and frames of therapy that can be used with sleep hygiene treatment. I like the Consensus Sleep Diary but I work in a SNF and many of my patients have cognitive deficits that would make it difficult for my patients to utilize.

I love that you related this to an OT theory model, addressed the relevance to OT, and gave clear instructions on how to assess and provide intervention. I can actually use this in my practice. You didn't just say "OT's can work on sleep" you said we can, and HOW to. So many other courses lack the how. Thank you!

I like the way that sleep and the interventions were framed using occupation-focused interventions. You gave a very clear and concise way in which to address and think about sleeping with effective interventions. It was really helpful to also be able to frame sleep hygiene as helpful along with other techniques and not in isolation.
