I think the instructor did a great job of organizing all the information so that it was easy to follow. She clearly delinated the roles of the occupational therapist, optometrist, school nurse, and other therapy providers, I appreciated the video examples of the visual screening. I believe I can apply what I have learned right away in my assessment process. I also think the many online resources that were provided will be invaluable to me in the future.

As a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments as well as an OT, most of this information was not new to me but I thought it was presented in a very clear manner with good resources and ideas. I think it's important for school based OTs to collaborate with TVI's on best approaches for students and it seems like this should be mentioned.
